Brad Martin-Owner
I have been serving others since 1998 as a restaurant general manager, notary signing agent and signing service owner. I understand if you always do right by your clients and deliver on your word every day, the rest takes care of itself. That is how we operate Superlative Signings, with the spirit of serving our clients, the signers, the realtors, lenders and our notary team that helps make it all happen.
I first became a notary signing agent so that I could have more flexibility with my work schedule. As a restaurant general manager, your typical work week is 50+ hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. My daughter, Cora, who was 3 at the time I left the restaurant industry, deserved to have her Dad in her life more. Since then I have strived to always serve my title clients with whatever they needed. Driving 2-3 hours away for closings, printing and scanning documents from my car and hand delivering documents were all part of my normal service.
However, one facet I could not help my clients with were the remote settlements in other states. I would constantly hear frustration by my settlement officers and post-closers about notary issues. It was then I realized I needed to serve my clients in another way. So on March 10th, 2021, I started Superlative Signings to add as much value to my clients out of state, as I had locally.
Since then we have grown the team to include our operations manager Ethan and 3 schedulers, Ashley, Kendra & Kandis. They each support our clients and notaries to deliver the smoothest settlements and flawless documents on a daily basis.
In our free time our family enjoys time at the playground, eating iced cream, visiting our family and vacationing in Ocean City, MD and Pigeon Forge, TN.
