They should be able to comfortable walk the signers through the Alta/CD and answer the typical questions that arise.

We pride ourselves on our vetting process. Whenever we add closers to our preferred lists, we conduct phone interviews, review platform reviews, profile bios and number of closings completed. We only want the best at the settlement table for our clients and we require additional document training not required by the industry. 

We work with your fee structures so it's a win-win for all sides. We don't believe in needing to pay more for excellent service.
